Son positionnement assez original lui permet d\u2019apporter une valeur ajout\u00e9e certaine aupr\u00e8s des familles qu\u2019elle accompagne. Son action est bas\u00e9e sur le long terme puisque AMA a pris le parti de se positionner sur trois niveaux successifs, <strong>l\u2019h\u00e9bergement<\/strong>, <strong>l\u2019accompagnement<\/strong> et <strong>l\u2019int\u00e9gration<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Son action aupr\u00e8s d\u2019une famille commence donc par la recherche d\u2019un logement, condition premi\u00e8re pour permettre \u00e0 ses membres de se reconstruire et d\u2019avancer dans la vie, et se termine lorsque la famille a acquis un niveau d\u2019autonomie r\u00e9elle et se trouve int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise.<br \/>AMA s\u2019adresse \u00e0 tous les migrants, qu\u2019ils soient politiques, \u00e9conomiques ou climatiques. Ce processus, bien connu de notre pays qui l\u2019a mis en \u0153uvre au cours des si\u00e8cles, et avec un succ\u00e8s toujours prouv\u00e9, ne peut s\u2019effectuer que dans la dur\u00e9e, avec une bienveillance mutuelle, et en surmontant les crispations in\u00e9vitables des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p><p>AMA intends to contribute to it by organising occasions to meet and exchange. Pour chacun d\u2019entre eux, la question se pose de trouver un emploi plus ou moins proche de leurs comp\u00e9tences avec un dipl\u00f4me le plus souvent non reconnu en France.
